Jamie Schwartz is a licensed Physician Assistant from Seattle, Washington. She attended the University of Washington for her undergraduate studies, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jewish Studies. After completing her undergraduate studies, Jamie worked as a nursing assistant in a gynecology practice, where she discovered her passion for women’s healthcare.
Motivated by her newfound passion, Jamie made the decision to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant in New York City. She successfully earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University College of Health Professions in Manhattan.
Following her graduation, Jamie first joined the hematology-oncology team at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center where she gained experience in hospital medicine and acute care. She then transitioned to the Hospital for Special Surgery where she worked as an orthopedic surgery PA, specializing in hip and knee surgical pathology. Jamie has now returned to her roots in women’s health and is excited to be a part of the Elite Gynecology team.
